ERRA EvoFeed

EvoFeed is an automatic feeding system for sows in groups that works without an identification chip. Since EvoFeed does not require a computer, it is easy for the user to operate, achieving optimal results in meat equality, group tranquility, and feed consumption.

Revolutionary Operation
Based on the natural behavior of sows, the system operates 24 hours a day, thus eliminating feeding schedules. This allows some sows to eat during the night without being disturbed, creating a completely peaceful environment. The system automatically delivers small portions of feed at timed intervals, forcing the sows to eat slowly. In this way, even the most greedy sows become satiated and, tired of waiting, give up, thus handing over the hopper to the other sows in the group.

Controlled feeding
With very easy handling, we enter the number of sows in the group and the average kg per sow per day that we wish to feed, and the EvoFeed hopper automatically calculates the optimal time between doses, to achieve the desired average, taking into account the time of non-use. Since it does not require individual feeding, our only management will be to previously equalize the sows by size. Each EvoFeed hopper can feed between 7 and 12 sows, with minimal feed waste.

Practical design Completely robust, designed for sows, made of stainless steel and plastic, each EvoFeed has a control panel, a presence photocell, and a sealed motor with a calibrated auger. Assembly only requires proper fastening, plugging it into the power supply, and filling it with feed at will.
