Problem with graphics

Hello,

I have a problem, random green/red shadows appears you can see the pictures, I don't know what causes it, it randomly appears and disappears. It appears when watching videos, playing games etc..
My system is like 2-3 months old so idk what could be the problem..

That seems like an issue with the graphic card (that Radeon RX460) or the monitor. It's easy to check which of the two by trying another monitor. 

I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
