High Quality Pork 2023 LATAM in Mexico

MSD Animal Health has recently celebrated the High Quality Pork 2023 LATAM in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, with many costumers from the region attending the event. 

We enjoyed the Mexican welcome while attending some magnificent talks from worldwide experts, such as Miguel Chico, Alberto Moriana, Dr. Dennis DiPietre, Gian Luca Baldo, Dr. John McGlone, Dr. Victor Ochoa, Dr. Jessica Barbosa and Dr. Talita Resende, among other speakers. They focused their talks on describing where will the Global Swine Industry be in the future and on the challenges for Intestinal Health, especially based on Ileitis.  

The MSD Animal Health Global Swine Team took the opportunity to introduce Porcilis® Lawsonia ID, the first and only intradermal vaccine against Lawsonia intracellularis, as this vaccine is being launched this year in the different LATAM markets, as well as reviewing the characteristics of The IDAL Way (needle-free, intradermal vaccination system).
