UP TO 4 AT ONCE: New approved combination of MSD Animal Health ID vaccines.

Have you ever thought that you can vaccinate intradermally against 1 to 4 pathogens in just 1 vaccination? Well, yes, now you can!

We are happy to announce that MSD Animal Health has received approval in the EU for the associated use of our Porcilis® Lawsonia ID, Porcilis® PCV ID, Porcilis® M Hyo ID Once and Porcilis® PRRS vaccines.

Now, the vaccination plan can be easily adapted to each farm’s needs.

This approval will give swine farmers the possibility to simultaneously administer our intradermal vaccines against these four major swine pathogens at the same time in an efficacious, safe, efficient, hygienic and animal-friendly manner.

From 1 to 4 pathogens in just 1 vaccination

Step 1: Mix Porcilis® Lawsonia ID with Porcilis® PCV ID

Step 2: Combine these mixed vaccines with Porcilis® MHyo ID ONCE, or Porcilis® PRRS, in a device such as IDAL 3G+ Twin.

Step 3: Then, simultaneously administer the excluded vaccine of those last two with another device such as IDAL 3G+ Mono.

The concurrent use of these 4 ID vaccines will offer many benefits, including:

· Flexibility: The veterinarian and the producer have the opportunity, for the first time ever, to choose how to combine these 4 ID vaccines.
