Legitimation. What is the legitimation for the processing of your data?
The legal basis for processing your data is the execution of the contractual relationship that is established between the user and the responsible, in the acceptance of the terms and conditions of the website as well as for the provision of the services offered among which are included the registration in the portal and the online store.
The user who provides personal data through the Registration Data Request Form in the portal and the On-line Store Data Request Form on the 333 website, voluntarily provides personal data (hereinafter Personal Data). The Personal Data you provide on these forms will be processed under the responsibility of 333, and will be kept confidential and protected.
In this respect, 333 informs users that, in compliance with RGPD 679/2016, it has an Activity Log to offer a reference portal on the Internet for professionals in the pig sector, both veterinarians and farmers.
The user will have the option to register and set up their profile to be able to select the type of news they want to receive, they will be able to access the «333 Directory», which is a comprehensive directory of the sector; classified ads from the sector; training; the on-line store; and the internal social network of professionals in the sector. In addition, you can select which communications you want to receive.
It is not necessary to register to shop on our on-line store, although it is recommended because this will allow you to store your billing information automatically with each purchase you make.
When you make a purchase, unless specifically stated otherwise, it will be necessary to enter all the required data. We will request your consent to accept our Privacy Policy every time you make a purchase.

Origin. How did we obtain your data?
All personal information, Personal Data we have about you, has been provided to us by you through the Registration Data Request Form in the portal or via logging in with your Google® account and the On-line Store Data Request Form, or in the emails.
What information will we request during registration?
First of all, when you decide to register on our website, the following information will be requested:

- Last name(s)
- The activity you are interested in (Pig Farming or Meat Production)
- Whether you are a veterinarian or not.
- Country of residence.
These are the only mandatory data requested to register. Once the data have been provided, you must read and accept our Privacy Policy; an email will be sent to your account in order to verify your email account, and you only need to validate the link in the body of the email and access a second menu, where you will be completely free to decide which sections you wish to subscribe to. In addition, if you wish to do so—it is entirely voluntary—, you can fill in your contact details in case you'd like to make a purchase one day, and they will be automatically uploaded in your profile. These data would include:

You can also access our platform without registering by logging in with your Google® account using your email address and password.
Finally, if you wish to do it and on a purely voluntary basis, you can post articles in our social network, follow other users or exchange messages with other professionals in the sector; you also have the option of loading your picture, a description of your activity. However, the name you register with as a user is a mandatory field and will be visible by the other users. You can send, upload or transmit content or material, including, but not limited to, photographs, videos, and/or any other content or similar or related material in the forum, contests, social network or classifieds section.
The photos uploaded by users will be published under a Creative Commons recognition license, which allows any exploitation of the work, including commercial purposes and the creation of derivative works, which distribution is also permitted without
restriction.
In case the user submits their own content, it may be shared with third parties, including, but not limited to, our customers or other service providers. The content published will be indexed by Google® but will only users logged into 333 will be able to view it and comment on it. User Content should only include audio, video, images or the likeness of the individual submitting the User Content and should not contain copyrighted or trademarked content or material of any third party. User Content should not include audio, video, images, or the likeness of anyone other than the user, and should not contain any personal identifying information about another person other than yourself. The provision of this information is always explicitly voluntary.
From that moment you can enjoy all the contents of the portal.
Additionally, you are free to install our Apps if desired. The use of the applications requires being a registered user of pig333.com. In this case, you will receive prior information about the type of data that the application can collect and we will request your explicit consent before allowing the installation and gathering some information.
What information will we request during the purchase process if you are registered?
If you are previously registered and have been logged in, the following data will be populated by default:
