Congenital malformation found in a fattening pig at the abattoir. Presence of renal hypoplasia (kidney with a smaller size than normal and with a decrease in the amount of normal tissue), with less tubules and glomeruli. Generally, a compensatory hypertrophy in the other kidney is seen.
