THE PIG SKI CONFERENCE is conference that gathers people from swine production and industry together to discuss the latest topics today.
The program includes presentations by Bob Ruth (Clemens Food Group Coldwater Plant), Dr. Pedro Urriola (University of Minnesota), Dr. Brad Freking (New Fashion Pork), and Dr. Maria Pieters (University of Minnesota). Presentations take place early on Thursday and Friday mornings to allow plenty of time to enjoy the outdoors the remainder of each day.
