Fernando Pandolfo Bortolozzo is graduated in Veterinary Medicine by the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS – 1983-1987) and doctor in Physiopathology of Animal Reproduction by TiHo-Hannover (1988-1992) advised by K.F. Weitze. Currently Dr. Bortolozzo is a Titular Professor (Full Professor) at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (from 1994 – today). Dr. Bortolozzo focus his research on swine reproduction and management with a group of approximately 30 undergraduate or graduate students.
