From November 2017 – Permanent researcher at INRAE, St-Gilles, France. Main area of research: Precision feeding for sows and dairy cows. HDR defended on the 29th of April 2022.

2016 to 2017 – Research Assistant & PostDoc, 1.5 year at Aarhus University (AU), Denmark. Main work: Alternative feeding strategies for dairy cows (distiller dried grains, glycerol, seaweeds)

2016 – PhD, 3 years at AU, Animal Science Department, Denmark. Thesis title: Individualized feeding strategies supporting extended lactation on Holstein cows

2012 – MSc, Agricultural engineer, National Superior School of Agronomy, Rennes, France. 6 months internship (~ Bachelor level) at Aarhus University, Foulum, Denmark. 6 months internship (~ Master level) at UBC Dairy Education and Research Centre, Canada.

Current Projects

3 projects on precision feeding for gestating sows including the development of new technologies to measure individual physical activity and the search for new welfare indicators

3 projects on new feeding strategies for dairy cows (i.e. precision feeding) and new biomarkers of interest.

Supervision & Lectures 

Supervisor of 2 PhD students and 11 Master students. 

Currently teaching classes about precision feeding for agricultural engineers (Bordeaux Sciences Agro, AgroSup Dijon, Institut Agro Rennes-Angers). Previous lectures given at AU, Denmark about animal physiology, milk production, animal nutrition (Bachelor and Master levels).
