333 Africa was officially launched with an inaugural webinar last Wednesday January 22, 2025. The event marked a significant milestone in the swine industry, uniting swine producers and leaders from across Africa and beyond. The session was led by Olasupo Ayobami, Brand Manager of 333 Africa, and Javier Lorente, Technical Director of 333 Academy.
The webinar initiated with an official launch speech delivered by Xavier Salamo, global CEO of 333 Corporate: "It's a pleasure to welcome you all on the official launch of 333 Africa, a platform created with the clear vision to support and connect the pig farming community across Africa. At 333, we strongly believe in the potential of Africa's swine industry. Together, we can overcome barriers and alert new opportunities for growth and success. I want to thank you all for being here today, let’s celebrate the start of 333 Africa and welcome to the African pig farming community!"
The centerpiece of the event was an engaging presentation titled "Introduction to 333 Africa Website: Navigating the Tools", delivered by Ayobami and Lorente. During the presentation, Ayobami provided an overview of the tools, platforms, and features available on the 333 Africa website, highlighting its value as a resource for swine producers. Complementing Ayobami’s insights, Lorente offered practical demonstrations, guiding the audience on how to effectively use the platform.
Lorente concluded encouraging African producers to subscribe to the website and to enjoy its wealth of information. Ayobami added a message of gratitude with the following words: "This is the beginning of the advancement of swine production in Africa, and it will define the future of Africa's swine industry. As a son of African soil, I know the challenges that our continent has faced over the years and decades. 333 has come with professionalism and many valuable tools on the website and experiential congresses, to address these challenges. Your responsibility is to subscribe to the editions of the website for both Anglophone and Francophone users to fully explore all it offers. Thank you so much, and we wish you all the best."
