Latin Food 2016

The Mexican Association for Food Protection and the Mexican Association for Food Science are professional associations in the area of food science including food biotechnology and food safety. For 2016, both associations are joining efforts to organize Latin Food 2016, which is expected to be the largest scientific and expo meeting in Latin America, offering a strong and integrated program covering the new trends in the science of foods. This event will be held at the Cancun Convention Center in Cancun Mexico, where attendees from the industry, academy, and government are expected.
